This spotting is on the windows(Tinted areas it really shows up) & some of the paint. (doors ect..) Any ideas what it might be? It doesn't come off in the car wash and certainly doesn't wipe off... Bad wax job perhaps? My guess is water spots, but, that doesn't explain the same spots on the glass....
SpecBGuy
maybe someone was painting around your car?
Lavacon
I don't think so... after looking around a bit... It seems you can get water spots on the glass... bahh... This is my guess and I don't see many good ways to remove them other than fine fine steel wool... I I don't want to do that if I don't have too... Any Suggestions? TRSCobra
It's no gimmick. I couldn't believe how well it worked on the paint AND glass of my car. Here's a thread with some people's experiences using clay bar kits: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/clay-bar-86566.html?t=86566&highlight=clay
Lavacon
Well, I will be giving this a look. Thanks for heads up
spartan
I doubt just a clay bar will get rid of your water spots unless they are fairly recent. Normally on cars that I have detailed I have to use a polish/ compound to get them out, and that includes the windows.
