joedirtae09 Posted July 22, 2011 Share Posted July 22, 2011 I replaced all my brake pads with some Hawk HPS a couple months back and lately theres been an unusual noise coming from the front. It only happens when Im pressing down on the brakes to come to a complete stop and then when I let go to accelerate. The sound isnt any type of grinding, squealing, or anything harsh... its more like a compression sound. I dont hear it when Im slowing down to make a turn or if I tap the brakes to momentarily slow down. Has anyone had this happen to them? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Perfectly normal. really?? it doesnt mean i have some kind of mechanical problem?? any way to get rid of it... tighten some bolts or apply some grease?
