I have a 1997 Legacy 2.5 GT wagon that is starting to show its age. One rear quarter panel and 3 out of 4 door panels have significant rust spots. Mechanically the car is in decent enough shape for me to want to try and make it last a few more years, which leads me to my question. What other legacy wagon or sedan (make/year) will have the same panels as mine? I am planning on heading out to some local junk yards to find the correct fitting panels. I called the local Subaru dealership and surprisingly the parts guy was not much help. Any insight you have is greatly appreciated.
