Soda Popinski
I have to apply dye cut vinyl to my car for the NER1500 coming up, and I wanted to find out ahead of time what I should do to prep the car/paint for easy removal after roughly 4 days. Any suggestions? Should I wash, claybar, wash and then wax the car before application of the vinyl?
OCDetails
It won't really matter. They should come off pretty easily after 4 days. Just use a hair dryer to heat them up and they'll peel right off. I'd say save the clay and everything for after you remove them since you will have to do it anyway. Well, not have to, but more like should clay and wax after. _________________________________________ “Cleanliness becomes more important as godliness becomes more unlikely.” O C D E T A I L S . OCDetails
Vinyl anywhere is the same process. Just heat it up and it peels right off. Have some WD40 handy to take care of any left over residue before claying it and it will look good as new when it is done. _________________________________________ “Cleanliness becomes more important as godliness becomes more unlikely.” O C D E T A I L S .
