anabolism
I am not knowledgable regarding the different types (divorced, etc..) of downpipes and the advantages or disadvantages of some. All I know is that I plan on SPT full catback exhaust for my Legacy Spec B as well as some sort of DP with a single hogh-flow cat. For a novice like me what DP would be a good one?? goneskiian
They're all designed to flow better than the stock so I wouldn't worry about the details of bell mouth vs. divorced. You won't be able to tell the difference. Pick the one that fits your budget. The COBB DP is made to mate properly with the donut gasket flange of the SPT cat back. The rest are full 3" flat flange and you'll need an adapter that necks down from 3" to 2.5" to give you a nice seal there. The other thing to keep in mind is your transmisson type. Get a DP made specifically for it. Cheers!
