My car has lost significant power and makes a loud whistling noise (not spool but not a high pitched uppipe leak either) only under boost, once i take the foot off the gas i hear the rattling everyone talks about under the hood. I have not lost any oil and am at stage 2. Could the aftermarket tmic be the cause? what do you guys think? thanks so much for your help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
BoozeRS05 Posted June 23, 2011 Share Posted June 23, 2011 Stop driving immediately, esp in boost. Inspect the turbo, not likely an aftermarket tmic is going to fail.
