04texag Posted June 21, 2011 Share Posted June 21, 2011 I have an 09 Legacy Limited, with stock wheels. Pretty much the only thing I have done is sound deadening. I want a tire that handles nicely, however I DO NOT want to sacrifice on noise. I guess that would probably be my highest priority, low noise. I'm in Houston, so really weather issues are non-existent. Heck, it's been over 100 days without recordable rain and it's always scorching here. In the past I would typically put on a slightly over-sized tire and go for better handling. however, on this car, since I primarily just put on straight highway miles, and not like this car is a burner anyways, I think I'm wanting to treat it more like the commuter car it is and go for comfort and less road noise.
