laxbudda
Afternoon Subaholics, I've got a '02 wagon with a short throw shifter that's been in the car for 4 years, and it's developed a nasty vibration at certain RPM's in 3 & 4th gear. From what I can deduce, it's the bushings? I'd love to take the cover off to look at the bushings, but I get the portion of the cover free at the e brake, and it always seems as though its attached below the ash tray. Quesiton is how do I get the front portion of the shift linkage cover off from the top? I've got the Haynes manuel, but it's so darn brief it doesn't help. Any info is much appreciated...
