PearlBlueGT
Our GT needs A/C recharged, anyone know what's PSI it's supposed to be at? I have a kit that I recharge my cars with.
SCOBARU
not to sure on the psi's but look under the hood there's a sticker, that shows the maximum amount of 134a that should be in there, but that's supposed to be a sealed unit so you may want to check for leaks in your system
PearlBlueGT
I didn't see sticker, might be missing it. I know its usually underside the hood or on the radiator support but it's not on either location. Where else could it be at?
1454
Alldata might have it, or call the dealer. Mine was .88 +/- .05 Just a recharge is not always the best though. You really need to vacuum it.
mwiener2
The correct pressure changes depending on temperature. You need a chart, not a single number. My Mods List (Updated 8/22/17) 2005 Outback FMT Running on Electrons
ouch1011
If you want the A/C to work properly, take it to a qualified repair shop (i.e. not a quick lube) Most shops do special pricing during the spring/summer for A/C services.
