RustyShackleford
I guess I'm pretty obsessive about maintenance, so I have a weekly and monthly list of checks. Curious what people think. Weekly: - check oil and coolant level - check tire pressure Monthly: - check fluid levels: oil, coolant, tranny, power steering, brake and clutch, windshield washer, battery - check tire pressure - exercise windows (gaskets stick since rear ones rarely lowered) and A/C (in winter, to keep system lube'd) - check CV boots - check roofrack - check lights - check clutch and brake pedal play - check hidden spare key hasn't fallen off - check maintenance schedule for due date of less frequent items (fluid changes etc)
TheBoostNazi
I'd shorten the check oil level to a daily requirement.
