FPerron Posted May 31, 2011 Share Posted May 31, 2011 Should not be a problem. However, repeated overheating a cooling will eventually cause radial cracks in the rotor surface. Again, nothing to worry about until the cracks can be felt by dragging your fingernail over the rotor surface. You can still use a rotor that has small surface cracks, but you must carefully monitor them to spot any larger cracks that indicate the need to replace the rotor.
