htioki
I had a recall service done at Sierra. They were professional and I have no complaints on their service.
vinte77
I just got back from Glendale Subaru and I have to agree with LosAngelesLGT that Andy is a great tech. However, I got stuck with service rep named Tony who was rude and an ass. Also, they noted down all the mods that they could see from a visual inspection. m sprank
All those mods just got uploaded to SOA. Every dealer in America knows you have those mods if they run your vin.
vinte77
Yeah, funny thing is they went out of there way to look for the mods as I took the car in for the airbag light coming on only. Just another reason why I dislike dealerships.
m sprank
They are supposed to. SOA tells dealerships to go out of their way to look for mods when cars come in for warranty work. Then all mods get logged into the database. Then SOA uses that info to void your warranty.
LosAngelesLGT
^THIS. Probably the only thing under warranty on my car still would be the rear wheel bearings (100k) (They did warranty them for me at stage 3)
m sprank
^ Those should still be warrantied. But I am sure Subaru has a story for why wheel bearings go bad from using aftermarket coil overs and wheels/tires. LOL.
