kujhawk80 Posted May 28, 2005 Share Posted May 28, 2005 Last night (5/27/2005) I received a 73 in 55 ticket up in Northwest PA. I am from out-of-state and have a Colorado license, therefore I am not very knowledgable regarding options on PA State Trooper tickets. Is there any options I have to move this to a non-moving violation, and therefore keeping it off my record? Also since I'm out of state, does anyone know if PA will transfer my points to CO?
