changing the 05 radio

I am thinking of buying an 05 legacy gt but I really dont like the large radio connected to the climate control.Is there any kits out there so I can install my own radio.

You know, I was skeptical at first too. The salesman kept telling me I should try the stereo...didn't think much of it at the time. Then, Monday, the second day I had it, I cranked the sucker and was pleasantly surprised.

 

Now it just means I have extra subs, an amp and a hu I don't need anymore:p

Do we have the same stereo?!?!?

 

The stereo sounds descent down at low volumes, but i cannot for a moment say i am "pleasantly surprised" by it. Its very subjective. A lot depends on what you previously were used to. coming from a set-up which was completely selected and installed by myself, exactly how i wanted, for me its like comparing a kia to a bently. Universes apart.

Well, my last car stereo consisted of an eclipse HU, eclipse 6.5" coax's up front, kenwood 6.5" coaxs in the back, a kenwood 75x2 amp bridged and an Infinity Perfect 12 in a sealed box.
