A different kind of knock

I know the knock issue has been beat to death, but my issue is a little unique.

 

I pulled the A-arms off not long ago to do the clutch so I could remove the half shafts, and after reinstalling I had a knock on the passengers side right as I put my foot on the brakes and sometimes when taking off from a stop.

 

I searched on the forums and read that it might be my endlinks or the rear bushing on the arm, so since they all were looking thrashed, I decided to replace them. For about 100 miles the knocking stopped and now it has returned.

 

Any ideas? Could that nut that holds the rear of the A-arm up have come loose? I've tried tightening it, but it seems fairly solid to me.

 

Any help will be appreciated. My fiancé is going to start driving the car and I already know this is going to be a point to bitch about. I would rather not take to a stealership.
