06_LGT
Hey, I'm relatively new to legacy gt but anyways, i am going stage 2 and have some questions as well. I bought an SPT catback exhaust and im looking at a CNT downpipe and an upipe too. Will i need a tune for this or can i use the basic stage 2 map that comes with the Cobb acessport? I know if i get my car professionaly tuned i'll be pushing more hp but that is kind of out of the question. I've heard of buying different maps from infamous and others, can they custom tune it without the car there? and just given the mods i have on my car. Thanks, any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
RedDawg
basic map with an AP is fine. but you're correct that a pro-tune or infamous e-tune will get better results. my suggestion, take it how you will, would be assuming you own a laptop, buy a tactrix cable and an e-tune from infamous. way cheaper than an AP also. LosAngelesLGT
Infamous1 can give you a tune for your AP too.
toreadorranger
I would have the car tuned. The OTS Cobb 93oct Stage2 map, sucks. I overboosted constantly with it. I got an infamous tune, bam, car runs perfect.
Mickeytl
Getting an infamous tune soon...can't wait!
ibr_adam09
I'm currently getting mine tuned by Infamous for stage 2. The process does take a while to complete becuase you have to work with the tuner; do some logging, sending results, revise map, repeat til perfect. It's been like 3 weeks and we're still not complete. I know it'll be worth it !
