What is the Kenwood PN for our screen?

Does anyone know what screen we have?

I know the KNA G510 is a near direct swap for our cars, but I am curious if the G610 is as well. I don't want to spend the money if it isn't.

Cross-referencing the compatible screens between the 510 and 610, it looks like the 610 is compatible with the newest generations of some of the older screens. That doesn't mean that the 610 is ONLY compatible with those newer screens, though.

Any info would be great!

G610 will not work. Kenwood changed its navigations protocol after 2010... in fact the G510 is not 100% compatible. The audio processing was changed because of the built in XM receiver.... there are various work arounds to the G510 though.

there is another good possibility that I am looking in to... It would be far greater then even a g610... I wont say much because I don't want to build false hopes.... but all indications are that this will work... just a few things to clear up.

I will post my finding... if all goes well this will be a game changer for navigation equipped 2005-2009 Legacy/outback.

Don't hold out on us! Post some details!

I don't really use Nav Audio, so I wasn't worried about the 510 not supporting it.
