rough idle issue fixed

my car had a rough idle when i bought it and a tune up put a bandage on it. i dealt with it until the car starting hesitating and bogging down when i tap on the gas from a stop but it wouldnt bogg down if i floored it from a stop. i had plan to clean the throttle and iacv so i got new gaskets and the such along with a new pcv valve and got to work. the throttle and intake was a mess the more i worked on it the more i cursed the subie engineers out due to their placement of screws and the such. heres some pics of what my throttle looked like.

PCV valve was clogged, i thought this sucker was on the valve cover like the other cars i work on but it was on the intake.. so i bought 2 thinking i needed 2.. o well i got an extra one..

the car has 171k on it, so i figured that it needed cleaning. i also did an oil change and a new fuel filter. hope this may help other people with idle issues.

Mine looked about the same when I pulled it. I cant say I noticed a difference but I was trying to solve a problem that ended up being my TPS wiring.
