As for your other questions, you can't buy just the plastic lens of the tail light. MAACO will screw up the paint job. Get quotes from a good paint shop, and then call your insurance company. You'll pay your deductible, but they will help out with the rest. If you have a good history, they typically won't increase your rates or anything like that. Just don't do it again. AShoe
A MAACO paint job will be peeling in 2 years. It's up to you, but I wouldn't let them touch my cars. The taillights come as one piece. A pair of aftermarket lights usually are cheaper than one oem.
LosAngelesLGT
MAACO was awesome when I needed to repaint my 1986 toy 4x4 with a $300 paint job that kept the truck from rusting and I did not mind driving through bushes and into trees... For any vehicle I actually CARE about the appearance? Ooof... Considering good shops dont do a flawless job, don't get an okay or so-so job that will leave you disappointed. EDIT: I am NOT downing MAACO or calling "rice". Sometimes a cheap paint job is appropriate!!!
215_2.5
Ok idk about maaco, ill see what they offer......i havn't found any aftermarket tails only DIY ones and im not trying to spend that much time on this. Maybe ill try some junk yards for now, see if they have and leggies that i can part out.
