planelazy
I need to find a car cover that is great for a 4th gen LGT.. but the bottom can't be elastic.. it has to be able to withstand 50-60 mph winds, so it needs to have draw strings or ties or something.. and the one that Subaru sells is elastic bottom.. anyone have any recommendations or ideas? RabidWombat
Costco has a decent one for $30-$40. It has adjustable straps with clips that go under each wheel well. The only problem is that it barely goes to the bottom of the door sills. In a high wind it will flutter against the car some, and have some exposure for the bottom 2". Its good for vacations, etc, but kind of a pain for frequent use.
planelazy
Yeah that won't work, I'd be afraid of the bottom of it constantly rubbing the paint off the car.. plus I'm not a Costco member Any other ideas anyone?
