Nice Kevin! Did you guys go anywhere? I downloaded a cruising video off the awjunkies site and it looked like what we did on our fun run.

Also, who's the owner of the Legacy with the five-spoked rims? Car doesn't look familiar. He/she a member on here?

The black LGT with the 5-spoke Gram Lts belongs to a nice family. The wife drives it and he runs in a STi. Not on this board, but is a member on awjunkies.com Don't know their avatar.

No cruisin. Just parking lot chat. Free hotdogs, hamburgers & sodas. A guy in a bad-ass Lotus Elise showed up and was offering rides around the block. Didn't get a chance myself. Sounded exactly like a crotch-rocket bike when it accelerated. One guy who did get ride said it pulled about as hard as an STi but that it could enter corners at speeds you wouldn't believe. Said he hardly had to slow down.

Can't wait for everyone to get together again for another SoCal run. This time I've got a camera mount for my dashboard. I can take some better quality video while still driving hard.

Thanks, Oscar

BTW, looks like I'm going to move up to an 18g turbo swap from Deadbolt. Should be good for 300-320whp with my Perrin TMIC. A few others on this board are making the same leap. Although DB just introduced a 20g "Zilla" turbo for the new Legacy, I'm going to stick with the 18g. Reports are it is supported by the stock fuel pump and injectors. I also plan to buy an enlarged hood scoop to feed more air across it and down onto the turbo itself. Will be ordering it in early June and hope to do the install work at Harmanmotive in L.A. by the end of June. That means going with an ECUtek tune and giving up my Cobb AP. I will unmarry it and be selling it to someone on this board. Also thinking about the QTP ceramic coated header. It is a 4-2-1 equal length design with integrated uppipe (that means I'll be selling my very nice PDE Flex UP too). That would alter (eliminate?) the sweet boxer rumble but should help in the mid to high rpm grunt. I guess that I'm just not completely satified with "only" 260whp! Might need to beef up the clutch too. It's been proven now that an RS performance clutch will work in the leggy tranny with a different flywheel. Can't wait.
