pflo
I am looking for some new wheels for my wife's SWP 2010 OB 3.6R Limited. The only rule she stated was "no gold". I am partial to these two wheels in 17": Enkei EV5 in hyperblack or OZ Crono HT in black. The Enkei is 17x7 and the OZ 17x8 with stock tires. What do you guys think? http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/WheelCloseUpServlet?target=runWheelSearch&initialPartNumber=4467700245HBML&wheelMake=Enkei+Performance&wheelModel=EV5&wheelFinish=Hyper+Black+w%2FMachined+Lip&showRear=no&autoMake=Subaru&autoModel=Outback&autoYear=2010&autoModClar=3.6R+Limited&filterFinish=All&filterSize=17&filterBrand=All&filterSpecial=false&filterNew=All&filterWeight=All&sort=Brand http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/WheelCloseUpServlet?target=runWheelSearch&initialPartNumber=W01761201B&wheelMake=O.Z.&wheelModel=Crono+HT&wheelFinish=Black+Painted&showRear=no&autoMake=Subaru&autoModel=Outback&autoYear=2010&autoModClar=3.6R+Limited&filterFinish=All&filterSize=17&filterBrand=All&filterSpecial=false&filterNew=All&filterWeight=All&sort=Brand
SubaruLGT
i say go for the Crono HT in black. It makes the call look sleek IMO
pflo
Thanks. I'm definitely leaning that way. $100 more per wheel. A little more polarizing style with the all black but I like it a lot.

LosAngelesLGT
i say go for the Crono HT in black. x2 Thanks. I'm definitely leaning that way. $100 more per wheel. A little more polarizing style with the all black but I like it a lot. Meh, while I like the other wheels, they scream 96 civic hatch to me for some reason (NOT to be confused with ricey) Better looking than ChronoHT imo: http://jpmotor.net/images/wheels/r5f_gunmetal_small.png
pflo
Thanks, guys. I need 17's and it doesn't look like the R5:F comes in anything other than 19"? They do look great but are also significantly more heavy - maybe not a major concern for me.
whitetiger
wider is better. go for the OZ's
pflo
I think I'm with you on that. Thanks for your opinion. I am also going to see what Rota has in a five or six spoke as well.
whitetiger
oz is better quality than rota. if you can afford the oz's, get them.
pflo
Yeah, money's not a huge issue but I am also buying some Ultraleggera's for my LGT this spring so thought I might save a few bucks on my wife's ride - we'll see. Thanks.
