Call_er_Lacey
Is that nifty rear bumper kit (with the trapezoidal exhaust finishers) available as an option in Australia? Anyone know where we can get that in the U.S? I would pay a pretty penny for that look! I always felt like our rear bumpers looked high and naked compared to the rest of the car. We have two: My mother MY 2.5I Sports. The Sports model in Australia gets Bilstein suspension, alloy pedals, 18-inch alloy wheels, sports bumper, xenon low-beam headlights and carbon fibre-look dash inserts. http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c370/MarkFitzgerald/Mums%20Subaru%20Liberty/DSC06035.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c370/MarkFitzgerald/Mums%20Subaru%20Liberty/DSC06039.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c370/MarkFitzgerald/Mums%20Subaru%20Liberty/DSC06041.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c370/MarkFitzgerald/Mums%20Subaru%20Liberty/DSC06030.jpg Mine 2.5 GT Turbo Premium: http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c370/MarkFitzgerald/MY10%20Subaru%20Liberty%20GT%20Turbo%20Premium/DSC06128.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c370/MarkFitzgerald/MY10%20Subaru%20Liberty%20GT%20Turbo%20Premium/DSC06121.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c370/MarkFitzgerald/MY10%20Subaru%20Liberty%20GT%20Turbo%20Premium/DSC06129.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c370/MarkFitzgerald/MY10%20Subaru%20Liberty%20GT%20Turbo%20Premium/DSC06124.jpg
hobber
Yes it's the sports bumper... all the aero bits are available as options in Australia. http://www.japanparts.com/db/partslist.php?KEYWORD=&dealer=1&car=157&middlesmall=2%3A11&maker=5&VOLKEY= Will it fit SoA ? Mark1657615402
A few times I have spoken to my Subaru dealer about buying parts for a few in the US who have asked for prices, must be the type of parts I ask for as I tend to get "we have none in stock and will take a long time to come in from Japan". In Austalia the sports bumper on my car is an option and costs around $1,300AU.

Call_er_Lacey
I bet the front bumper add-ons from non-US countries won't work (*tear*) since I've noticed the fog light area and fender accents/wheels differently into the front bumper. However, the rear bumper looks the same. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Ugh! Why do they short the USDMs all the time! Does anyone know if all the world's Legacy's/Liberty's/etc. are built in the U.S. plant?

ehsnils
My new car that I got on Tuesday this week. B.t.w. it's not a GT, it's a Diesel, the only obvious difference is the badge on the trunk. Unfortunately it has rained right before the first sunshine this week so it's a bit dirty. http://www.bedug.com/pics/Subaru/DSD_2607_small.jpg http://www.bedug.com/pics/Subaru/DSD_2608_small.jpg http://www.bedug.com/pics/Subaru/DSD_2623_small.jpg http://www.bedug.com/pics/Subaru/DSD_2627_small.jpg Standard Euro trailer connector these days. 13 pin is taking over from 7 pin. http://www.bedug.com/pics/Subaru/DSD_2629_small.jpg Edited April 7, 2011 by ehsnils

ehsnils
Do Those side mirrors have blinkers, ehsnils??? Yes they do. There is a legal requirement to have a blinker on the side of the car in addition to the corner positions and then most manufacturers has resolved to place it in the mirrors these days since they are already "loaded" with adjustment motors and heating. (of course I have heated mirrors too) This color makes 18's still look small, wow. And I only have 16" rims.
