canis Posted December 21, 2010 Share Posted December 21, 2010 At the past couple track events, I've noticed a very deliberate bucking/stuttering sensation, exactly like fuel shutoff would be at a governed speed limiter. It occurs usually exiting a bend at full throttle, speed near 100mph. I'm accelerating and then bah bah bah, it'll stutter in about 0.75 second intervals. I have to let off the gas, and then slowly lay back into the throttle. The first time it happened, I had about 1/2 tank of fuel - I filled up and the problem went away. At the last track event, it was happening at anything short of a full tank of gas. Any ideas? It's annoying having to keep the extra weight and to fill up after every single 30 minute session.
