KCwagon Posted December 10, 2010 Share Posted December 10, 2010 It also depends on the tire. As an Example a Michelin 225 series tire is probably going to run a little wider than a Nitto 225 series. I just put 225/45/17 Michelins on a 17x8 rim and they seem a tiny bit stretched but very acceptable. It is also in the eye of the beholder as well.
