GTTuner
What exactly are you trying to do? Battery access without removing the fascia?

GTTuner
I did one for lordchilly. Cut it with a hack saw, used some 8 grit sand paper around where the coupler goes. We used the hump coupler I believe. No need to get the flanges beaded unless your running 30psi. Tighten the clamps German style, "goudentite". PM him, he would gladly send you pic's of how we did it.
LosAngelesLGT
^x2 don't worry about beading. Thats an extra bonus and like GTT said, if you are not running way over 20psi it should not be an issue. Many others have been cut and run hard and not mentioned issues. Would it be nice to have beading there? Sure. FWIW, personally I'd take it out of the car to cut it. You are going to have to quite a bit of loosening and wiggling to get the new coupler in anyway. Its a good time to inspect the FMIC behind the bumper for any signs of early wear and deal with them.
GTTuner
I took the fascia off and took it out of the car. Lots of filings from cutting that need to be blown out of the tube after cutting it.
