mad99
I'm looking for wheels for snow tires, but there are not that many good 17x7 options. I'm finding lots of 7.5 wide wheels. Interested in simple, clean, open designs with 5 to maybe 8 spokes. And I prefer darker finishes like gunmetal, gray, black. Enkei Imola, but 7.5 wide: http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/WheelCloseUpServlet?target=runWheelSearch&initialPartNumber=4627750250B&wheelMake=Enkei+Performance&wheelModel=Imola&wheelFinish=Black+Painted&showRear=no&autoMake=Subaru&autoModel=Legacy+Sedan+2.5+GT&autoYear=2007&autoModClar=Limited&filterSize=17&filterFinish=All&filterSpecial=false&filterBrand=All&filterNew=All&sort=Brand Enkei EV5 http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/WheelCloseUpServlet?target=runWheelSearch&initialPartNumber=4467700245HBML&wheelMake=Enkei+Performance&wheelModel=EV5&wheelFinish=Hyper+Black+w%2FMachined+Lip&showRear=no&autoMake=Subaru&autoModel=Legacy+Sedan+2.5+GT&autoYear=2007&autoModClar=Limited&filterSize=17&filterFinish=All&filterSpecial=false&filterBrand=All&filterNew=All&sort=Brand Konig Feather, but 7.5 wide http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/findWheelDetail.do?bp=5-100&yr=2007&pc=75345&counter=1&wd=17&rw=7.5&vid=011486 Drag DR-33, ok appearance but too cheap? http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/findWheelDetail.do?bp=5-100&yr=2007&pc=22799&counter=1&wd=17&rw=7.5&vid=011486 Rota used to make a bunch of 17x7 wheels, but most are wider now. A couple of 17x7 Rota options, but I don't see 17x7 actually for sale anywhere: Rota GR-A http://www.rotawheels.com/wheels.asp?wheelid=19 Rota Subzero http://www.rotawheels.com/wheels.asp?wheelid=42 Any suggestions? rtbrjason
I like the Konig and the Subzeros. I'd get whichever is lightest that you like the look of.
mad99
Yeah, I like those too but I want a 17x7, not 17x7.5. These are for snow tires. The 225/50-17 tires I'm looking at (Xi2) only have 7.3" wide tread (section is 9.2"). There must be more 17x7 wheels out there??

mad99
Good idea. I did find some wheels I hadn't found elsewhere. Anybody have good or bad experience with MB Motoring wheels? I kind of like the MBMotoring Weapon and Boost: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/4-NEW-17x7-5x100-MBMotoring-Weapon-Wheels-Rims-/360285212455?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item53e2ac0f27 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/4-NEW-17x7-5x100-MBMotoring-Boost-Wheels-Rims-/190424516653?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2c562f882d
