W1CKED
I'm getting a set of Infamous Performance headlights, and my current headlights have R-Rev eyelids on them. Do you guys/gals know of any tricks (other than just pulling hard) for removing the eyelids? I understand that I'll need new 3M tape for the re-install... Thanks for any information you may be able to provide.
mattg
You need to heat them up first. A hairdryer would be a safe bet, then pull them off carefully.
LosAngelesLGT
And you could use waxed dental floss to help it along. Works good to cut the adhesive between the eyelid (or badgiing) without damaging the eyelid or the headlight. You will still need to remove the adhesive from the headlight and the eyelid. mattg
Just be careful if you use a heat gun. You're working with plastic that could easily be distorted.

I've got a couple of different options...I was just concerned that I would snap them if I just tried ripping them off.
