Clutch Noise

So I'm having a grinding type noise when I push my clutch pedal in while driving. It does change at different points as I let it in and out. Would this be the TOB or something else? Im at 101k on the stock clutch. Assuming I will need a new clutch soon, would the tsk3 kit work with an oem 07+ lgt/wrx clutch & flywheel setup or is it just for an aftermarket setup like ACT. I ask this because I am stock & don't plan on going stage 1 ect. Not sure if I would benefit by going to the ACT setup with Wrx flywheel. I want a nice smooth quiet setup but think I should switch from the DMFW. Any thoughts/recommendations are appreciated!
