Need advice (2005 LGT content)

Would you buy this car? If so, what would you offer off the bat?

 

The car drove great! Smooth and tight. The interior is flawless and the outside has your normal 6 year old car wear and tear.

 

Check out the Carfax. This thing was very well maintained.

Seems kinda high. KBB said it is only worth $11,500 for private party and $13,600 for dealer. I would say $12,000 should be the ball park that you should be looking at.

Pulled the trigger on this vehicle. Got it for $14,500 out the door. This thing feels better in almost every aspect than the 05 with 26,000 miles that just got totaled. My dad even said the same thing. I guess it was a 65 year old woman who owned it before and her husband was super anal. He had every single maintenance done at the dealership I bought it from so they were all listed on the carfax.
