5MT clunking sound/feeling

so I just recently had my clutch replaced about a month ago and recently I've noticed a clunking sound/feeling that sounds like its coming from the front of the car and its usually inbetween shifts and sometimes on pull outs and when I tap the gas quick and let off. It did it alittle after we did the clutch but hasn't really done it that much since until today when I really noticed it. It almost feels like something is loose and flopping around like the pitch stop or something but i've checked it and it all seems good. I'm going to have my buddy put it up on his lift to check it out, but just wanted to see if anyone has had this problem before and could help me out with what to check while we have it up on the lift. I'm hoping for maybe just a loose crossmember or tranny mount.
