PCV Valve on MY07-09 Location?

Recommended Posts

Folks,

I've read a few threads here about how much of a PITA it is to get to the MY05-06 PCV out of LGT. However the part number for MY07-09 it totally different and is twice as cheap, does anyone know it's location and how easy is it to get to it?

Thanks,

Vadim

yes. the newer PCV is a two piece, but i highly recommend(must) you get both the plastic "tee" that the PCV threads into, and the PCV itself. the stock ones are locked in with some glue, so you will break it trying to get the pcv out. also, if you don't have WD-40 or strong arms, you should get an "oettiker" clamp tool

and the location of the PCV is under the intercooler. take it off, and you should see the plastic tee, and the PCV itself. enjoy! :)

I agree I changed mine and the whole time I was worried about cracking the plastic piece and it took alot of force to get it apart. Buy both pieces!
