Fortunately a neighbor saw the girl hit me, then get out and look and proceed to drive away but not before he got her plates along with a description of the car along with his contact info as a witness. It's a pretty nasty scuff on my front right bumper but I'd imagine this will get taken care of at no cost to myself. That guy definitely has some good karma coming his way. Nothing like good semeritans (sp?) someone did the same thing for my parents in a mall parking lot once when they came out and the front end of the car was cleaned off.
