Kw521
My car threw a CEL today. It read p0031 H02S heater control circuit low(bank 1 sensor 1) what is that?
PhilT
You need to replace the O2 sensor. The sensor has a heater in it, so that it gets up to operating temperature quickly, that has failed. The car will still run fine, you'll just have the CEL on. Double Award Winning Legacy GT Wagon

PhilT
I think an OEM one from Fred beans costs around $80, that's all you need. I'm sure someone will see you a "performance one", guaranteed to give you an extra 10 whp Double Award Winning Legacy GT Wagon
