lordchilly
I bought a Bhut Jolokia of Ebay and saved the seeds to grow my own. If you dont know what it is....Youtube it. I was sorta successful. Out of 11 plants, I got only 5. My question is what to make out of it. I made chili, salsa, and buffalo wings that NOONE will eat (more than a bite). I ate them cause I have no more taste buds from eating them. I was thinking of drying them out and grinding them into powder. Any thoughts? lordchilly
true. But I have a Class A licence. I rather use my trusty S&W then throwing pepper powder at the enemy. I was thinking of practical jokes......but I think my friends wont talk to me ever again.
ehsnils
Grind some and mix it with ordinary ketchup and place the ketchup bottle in the fridge at work. I did that with a Heinz Mexican Hot ketchup that I added two teaspoons of Dave's Insanity Sauce too. Then I marked the bottle as "extra hot". But it's obvious that some people can't read and just grabs the bottle and looks happy - until five seconds after their first bite.
SCSpecB
Drying them out or grinding is a great idea, they get a killer smokey flavor that enhances a lot as long as you don't use too much and overpower the dish....
lordchilly
I made like a 7gallon chili with beef and sausage...etc and added 1 pepper to the pot. HOLYCRAPO it was hot. I guess you are right about drying and grinding it before they rot and die. thanks.
FPerron
Squeeze out the oil, smear it on the men's room door knob at work and then wait around and listen to the fun.
