Zephrant Posted September 22, 2010 Share Posted September 22, 2010 There seams to be a lot of LED based Angel Eye kits on Ebay now. Has anyone given them a try? I'm not a fan of the partial-ring look that some CCFL kits have, and it seams like the LED versions would last better. I only want to open my lights up once though, so was hoping someone else had blazed a trail. Anyone know the diameter that will fit? One thread said 4.5" (110mm), and that happens to be available as a 36 LED kit, one pair for $12. The CCFLs look nice, but I'm concerned about them lasting many years.
