Mo_GT
I'm doing my research on the coilovers for my GT and have a question about how the spring seats on the KW V2 coilovers lock. From pics it looks like the spring seats lock onto the shocks via a 'grub' screw? http://www.delsingmotorsport.com/images/KW2LG.jpg Pic from :www.delsingmotorsport.com Also since Boostjunkie is not active here anymore, anyone else do some good deals on the KW stuff? TIA
istealfrombums
It's a hex set screw, so yes you're correct. You can get the Tarmac 1 from Racecomp Engineering which is a repackaged KWv2s with their specifications. It honestly feels the same as the KWv2, I've ridden in both setups and own the KWv2s. Great coilover setup for a daily driver.
m sprank
RCE or FBP will take care of you on Tarmac/KW.
ClimberDHexMods
I stripped out that screw, but it was useless IMO [CENTER][B][I] Front Limited Slip Racing Differentials for the 5EAT now available for $1895 shipped, please inquire for details! m sprank
LOL. They come with warning tags hanging off the bodies telling you in German and English not to over tighten the set screw. That it takes just a touch of pressure. Americans, always strong arming the poor little set screw.
