babybaluga32
So i welded an up and down pipe using flexible exaust tubing both are under 2". Yes thats way retarded for the downpipe but for now im content. Im wondering if it will be bad if there are any TINY! holes? I doesnt like to get hot so the welds start to burn through.. Any Suggestions? Thanks

babybaluga32
Sorry.. Im wanting to know if a weld that is not completely sealed and has a very very minimal amount of air escaping will affect anything major?
chutrain
I recommend you finding someone who knows how to weld. If you have tiny holes, it probably means that there are areas that are not welded probably and will most likely fail down the road. I say fork the money over for an aftermarket piece and not worry about it, or find a shop that can go over it for you.
