Umbakrail
Can someone confirm me if fuel injector for a USA legacy gt 2005 would work on a canadian GT ? Dealer here refuse to confirm. I just got into the rough idle/misfire/bad injector problem. Dealer had to change variable timing valve on driver side cyl. Terraclean fuel injector didn't help at all. Still have a rough idle but dealer don't really know where is the problem. I get a different result (misfire change cyl.) each time they plug factory scanner on the car. So I'm thinking about changing all 4 injectors. I need a reliable car. US parts 105 $ Here it's 269 $ can so any help is welcome
DJ Doc
Whereabouts in Canada are you? Some of the parts might not work, depending which side of the Rockies you're on. Oh, and Saskatchewan...I always forget Saskatchewan. Just kidding! Not sure about the injectors, and others here might be able to weigh in...I've picked up the iPod interface and a couple of other parts in the US and had them installed up here with out a problem. Good luck!
ehsnils
If you change all four it shouldn't be a problem. Minor differences in volume between US and Canada (if it exists) should be corrected by the ECU and the O2 sensors. Just make sure that they have the same mechanical properties so that they fit. notthesnail
Check the classifieds. Someone might be selling a set of stock injectors because they upgraded theirs. Make sure they're side feeds from an 05-07 and you can't go wrong, although I'm sure other side feeds will fit.
