silvergt05
I'm pretty sure other threads have to do with regular replacement of this bulb, sorry if i missed one about LED version. Anywho, anyone running LED license plate bulb? Who makes yours? Did it come with resistors and do you even need them to prevent fuse from blowing? Draco-REX
LEDs will not make your fuses blow. It's improperly selected resistors that do. LEDs draw so little power, that people will wire resistors in-line so that the car thinks there's a regular bulb in place. On most cars, you don't need to do this step except for the turn signals. But then you can get an electronic flasher and still not have to use resistors. Ultimately, you shouldn't have to use a resistor ever.
