Running rich, not hitting boost target, need input

So, at a dyno day I found out that I'm running really rich and I'm not hitting my target boost levels. Can some of you experienced people have a look at the logs and suggest where I should be looking to make corrections, either physically or to the tune?

 

Car is 06 LGT 5EAT with STi UP, Invidia catted DP, AVO panel filter, ~95k miles. Oil is 5w40 synthetic, fuel is 91 octane pure gas.

 

I've attached logs for three pulls and some time in between, plus the dyno chart. I'm also looking for opinions on the chart itself, but I don't want to bias you, so I won't say what opinion I have already (I will later).

You have a decent amount of knock around the 5K+ area of your map. You might be running too much timing for your fuel. Can you post a LV so we can see your fuel trims?

A boost leak will make you run rich and lose boost. Look for one.

I pulled this LV this morning after my short drive to work. I might be able to do a harder drive at lunch and post again.

 

I'll look up how to check for boost leaks.

I found a loose clamp on the intercooler to intake manifold hose. It must have been crooked from the last time I had the intercooler off and worked its way loose. I checked everything else in the path, which seemed fine, and cleaned out the air filter (AVO panel).

 

Now to log and see if that was it.
