BAC5.2
I definitely don't know how SUV enthusiasts can pay that kind of attention to detail that I did. It would take 12 hours to clean just the outside of the car! I hate to admit, I almost needed a step stool to get the entire roof... and I'm 6'2"! Silly Outback. It was much easier to clean when it was lower. TSiWRX
Hell, bro, I hate washing Sara's SH. That thing is tall (I'm about 6-even), and the roof!!! Yeah, you said it, I don't understand how the Hummer and 'Slade guys get it done! <-- I love Winky, my "periwinkle" (ABP) LGT! - Allen / Usual Suspect "DumboRAT" / One of the Three Stooges '16 Outback, '16 WRX, 7th Subaru Family
BAC5.2
One coat of wax is plenty. I've decided. I might get a little more froggy with the next time I wash/wax. Right now, I feel like I just swam a mile. And, in about 15 minutes, I'm going to the pool to do just that (swim a mile)! Hopefully I NEVER have to clay the entire car again. When I finished the water traces all over the car were BLACK. But, now that I'm all done, I am happy to report that the car looks better than when I first got it. The paint is slick as a greased pig, looks great but I must say that white has to be the hardest color to clean. You can barely see where you've put the wax! But, in the sunlight with it nice and clean, there is something magical looking about an SWP car. Just kind of glows. I can honestly say I wouldn't have gone to this trouble if my badge hadn't started bubbling, and I definitely wouldn't have waxed the car if I had badges on it.
