gaswepass
I searched by the first code, p0852, and only got tuning related mishaps. I have a fairly stock 2008 spec b using accessport for a little extra. Had a new parrot bluetooth installed since the cigblue failed and was going to cost minimum of 200$ to repair. Arranged for an audison amp to be installed at same time, placed in trunk. Got the car back at end of day, music sounds great (had already replaced speakers w/ same outfit a year ago). Check engine light goes on. Was late and didn't have time to deal with it (plus shop was sending me to repair place on their dime, so wasn't really concerned) before leaving town for a week. So, now I'm back, the accessport fired off 4 codes: p0852,p1152,p1153,p0140. Couldn't reset them with the cobb. My question is whether this is something a total non-mechanic could fix at home on a sunday, or is this going to be a headache. And if this was previously addressed, the link would be great/sorry for clogging the lines. If it waits until Monday they will take care of it, reputable shop, not worried. gaswepass
Fwiw, the elusive "green clips" turned out to be the culprit. Painful. Apparently hard for non-dealers to get info on. Happy motoring...
