Masshole Posted August 17, 2010 Share Posted August 17, 2010 Luckily, my outback xt isn't equipped with this, but my neighbor has a '09 3.0R with a backup / parking sensor, and the beep is maddening to him. I tried doing a bit of searching, and didn't find any info on disabling this feature. Anyone know how, or if this is more effort than it is worth? If there is no simple way to program a disable (or has not yet been discovered) couldn't he just put it in reverse and find where the beep is coming from and unplug it? (not joking, serious!)
