Kodax
Sorry if I am posting this thread in the wrong section. I know this doesn't belong in this section but there isn't much traffic in the warranty issue section. Okay, currently my Subaru has a 6yrs/60,000miles Gold Plus warranty but I wish to extend the mileage to maybe 80,000miles or 100,000miles. Do you think that is possible? I am willing to pay a bit more. Any input will be appreciated. Thank you!
jranmann
IIRC the warranty extension you seek from Subaru has to be resolved prior to the vehicle having 36,000 miles... and/or within 3 years of the in-service date. Did not the Gold Subaru warranty go to 100k miles though?
Kodax
Do I just go to any dealership? Or do I call SOA? Nope, Initially I thought it was 70,000miles but on the paper it stated only 60,000miles. I drive my Subaru quite often and I think it is in my best interest to extend my warranty. jranmann
Most Subaru's come with a 3yr./36k mile BB and a five year (60k) mile warranty. Call your local dealer with the last eight of your VIN handy... Cheers!
