erichix Posted July 14, 2010 Share Posted July 14, 2010 +1 for Kingstown. Near base, good location for shopping, running, restaurants etc. Avoid anything along US Route 1. Crime rates along that corridor are typically high. Western part of Springfield and Lorton are also good choices. Lorton is recently built up with a younger demographic. My sister in law is a Realtor, but I'd not recommend her. I would recommend http://susanwhittenberg.sell4.com/. If you're involved in martial arts let me know.
