fuggers
So I'm looking at getting a wideband gauge for the upcoming tuning project and came across this guy. http://www.glowshiftdirect.com/red-digital-wideband-gauge-1.aspx Is this a decent setup? I can't really tell what the negatives or positives would be. Is 10-20 a good enough range? Seems like a good price, thanks for the info guys. Also what are they adding when you select the logging option? Would the ecu read this gauge and be able to report on it in my datalogs?
NSFW
I strongly suggest getting something that is supported by whatever logger you're using. 10-20 is adequate, that's the same range as the PLX SM-AFR that I'm using. The motor will barely run at 20:1, and 10:1 means you're at least 1.0 richer than you should be. (To be honest some people deliberately target AFRs less than 11:1 but that's kind of unusual.) fuggers
How can I tell if it's supported? I'm using romraider.
NSFW
The list of supported widebands is under the Logger's "Plugins" menu if I remember right.
