Can you lease from an out of state dealer?

So obviously some states have better prices than others, so much so that it would make sense to travel to get the price. If someone is leasing does the dealership/state need to be in the home state? The lease is technically from a bank which I assume exists in most/all states so does it matter if you sign a lease in a diff state?

 

Additionally has anyone leased a new 2010/2011 legacy and if so what were the terms and payment like?
