rs6er Posted June 27, 2010 Share Posted June 27, 2010 Too often people only voice their complaints on forums. Well. I'd like to comment on some exemplary customer service. About a year ago I purchased some hyperblack 18x8.5 Rota DPT wheels from Wheeldude.com. After a few months I noticed a few places on some of the wheels where some of the paint had flaked off. I called Wheeldude, and Dan told me that this hadn't happened to any of the hyperblack wheels and asked me to send some pictures. He looked at the pictures and told me he would contact Rota. I didn't hear from him for a while, so I sent him an email. He told me that he would replace the wheels when he had some in stock. I finally received the wheels last week. The box included UPS return labels for the old wheels, and they are paying for the remounting and balancing.
