JimyJoeBob
So this weekend here in Gloucester is the St. Peter's Fiesta. It is held from Wednesday to Sunday. A religious event that is held to thank St. Peter for watching over the fishermen that make a living in our town. It is held in St. Peter's square across from the St. Peter's Club and there are ceremonies with the St. Peter's statue. But basically it is seen as just a carnival and excuse for the town to be drunk and stupid. You see kids of all ages drunk down there and many people being arrested. It can be a lot of fun seeing people you don't see everyday. There are also seine boat races as well as the greasy pole which is always interesting to watch. For a little info: http://www.stpetersfiesta.org/ , http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._Peter's_Fiesta , http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greasy_pole or a quick google search would work. The travel channel and such have done stories on it. Idk its cool and all but it gets old after a while. Would you walk on a telephone pole suspended over the water covered in a foot of "grease" during low tide?

JimyJoeBob
it was the usual, they extended the rides into a parking lot down a little bit next to the beach to add more stuff in. other than that, a 3-peat on the sunday pole and a couple broken ribs from the pole, you didnt miss much
